Track Your Progress

loi_0005_Track Progress

To make progress, the workload of each & every session  needs to be slightly more than the last.

Do this by increasing the poundage and/or reps .

You need to write down exactly what you done each  & every session so you know exactly what you need to do in order to progress in the next.
